I am a nutritionist, a clinical dietitian, an entrepreneur, and a mother of two daughters. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle may be challenging given the busy lives. More often than not, ‘eating well’ is thought of as restrictions imposed on us rather than consuming in a manner that it may bring enrichment and enjoyment. It his here that my role comes into the picture. With 7+ years of experience in health-ifying more than than 1000 clients across different continents and time zones, I help individuals mend the gap between knowing and consuming food. Through a scientific approach I help organize their nutritional lifestyles. Further, I work as a support system for my clients in addressing and solving issues of food in every unique circumstance thereabout bringing to them the benefits of magic of nutrition
